Christian Counseling

Well being is multi dimensional. We have a clear and moral responsibility to treasure the God given talents unique to every individual. This includes the physical, emotional (mental), and spiritual components that comprise each one of us.

Acknowledging the essential role spirituality takes on balancing life is the first step. Putting those God given guidelines into daily practice is the second step. The third step is to be able to practice these on a consistent and unequivocal basis. It is only then spirituality can mature as a very real part of life.

As a therapist I respect the diversity that defines Christian spirituality. Scripture provides the basic parameters and it is within those limits the individual can determine the comfort level that best accommodates his or her needs. My graduate degree in Pastoral Ministry and subsequent experience in the field, is a resource that can be accessed as part of the therapeutic process.
